Impex Long Crane Conversion for Komatsu Harvesters

Our experience as a dealer for Komatsu wheeled harvesters has led us to develop a long crane conversion for the Komatsu 931 XC, 951, and 951 XC harvester models. These machine types are ideal for this conversion due to their large cabin swivel ring, generously sized tilt cylinders, and solid hinge joint with a pendulum axis. This ensures long lifespan, sufficient lifting power, and excellent stability.

The long crane conversion consists of the Impex special double telescopic arm, modified cylinder, adapted hose package, and a conversion of the crane hydraulics. The machine remains mobile, stable, and agile in narrow stands, making it economically viable even for scattered timber.

The conversion is available for the 931 XC with C124 and for the 951/XC with the C144 system.
